Thank you for shopping at Acuario Tropicales. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Certain items, such as spare parts and consumables, are not eligible for return.
• Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our customer service team.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 days of receiving the returned item.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
• Acuario Tropicales reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria.
